摘　　要：公民意识是法治社会必不可少的元素,大学生作为我国依法治国与和谐社会建设的重要力量,公民意识养成应当成为大学生法律教育的目标和重要组成部分。以公民意识为视角的大学生法律教育问题研究体现了时代价值,是建设社会主义法治国家的内在要求,契合了大学生法律课程的教学需要,是构建适合中国特色的大学生法律教育体系的需要。Civil consciousness is an essential element of the society ruled by law.As an important force of the rule of law and the construction of a harmonious society in China,the cultivation of civic consciousness should become the goal and an important part of the legal education of college students.The research on legal education of college students from the perspective of civic consciousness reflects the value of The Times.It is the inherent requirement of building a socialist country under the rule of law,which meets the teaching needs of college students’legal courses,and it is also the needs of constructing a legal education system for college students with Chinese characteristics.
