摘　　要：生物化学实验是生命科学专业的基础课程。加强学生自主学习能力,鼓励探索性学习,让学生保持学习的热情,对于学生的个体发展非常重要。文章就生物化学实验教学过程中教与学的内容及方式的改进,以及如何促进学生综合素质的提高进行了探讨。Biochemical experiment is a basic course of life sciences.It is very important for students’ individual development to improve their self-study ability,to encourage inquiry-based learning and to keep their enthusiasm for learning.This paper discussed how to improve the contents and methods of teaching and learning in the teaching process and how to promote the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability.
