摘  要:化石能源枯竭和气候环境恶化两大问题日趋严重,促使风光等分布式发电(distributed generation,DG)大量并入配电网,负荷侧也出现了可控负荷等新元素,然而一系列能源转型措施带来了复杂不确定性和波动性问题,使配电网的灵活性需求急剧增加,针对新型配电网下的灵活性量化评估和优化调度研究具有重要意义。基于此,首先对配电网灵活性供需平衡机理进行概述,并得到应用于配电网运行状态优化的智能软开关(soft open point,SOP)运行约束方程;其次,从灵活性供需匹配和传输通道2个方面提出净负荷适应率和支路负荷裕度2个灵活性评估指标,进而构建以运行成本和灵活性为优化目标的优化调度模型;然后,采用综合范数约束不确定性场景概率分布置信集合,构建基于数据驱动的分布鲁棒优化调度模型,并采用列与约束生成(columns and constraintsgeneration,CCG)算法进行求解;最后,在改进的IEEE33节点算例上验证了模型对配电网运行状态的优化作用和分布鲁棒方法的有效性。The problems of fossil energy exhaustion and environment deterioration become increasingly serious,promoting dramatical integration of renewable distributed generation in distribution network and development of controllable load in load side.However,a series of energy transformation measures bring complex uncertainties and volatility to distribution network,and make the demand of flexibility sharply increasing.Therefore,it is of great significance to study flexibility evaluation and optimization scheduling of novel distribution network.Firstly,this paper explained supply-demand balance mechanism of distribution network flexibility,and the soft open point(SOP)operation constraint equations applied to optimization of distribution network operation state were obtained.Then,two flexibility evaluation indexes including net load adaptability and branch load margin were proposed from the perspective of supply-demand flexibility matching and transmission channel respectively,and an optimal scheduling model with operational cost and flexibility as optimization goals was constructed.After that,a data-driven distributed robust optimal scheduling model was established,where the uncertain scenarios’probability distribution confidence set was constrained with comprehensive norm,and solved with column and constraint generation(CCG)algorithm.Finally,an improved IEEE 33-node system was applied to verify effectiveness of the proposed model and the distributed robust method.
