摘  要:随着柔性直流输电工程电压等级和输送容量的提升,模块化多电平换流器的损耗问题变得日益突出。文中基于全桥子模块工作模态分析,提出了全桥子模块的损耗等效分析方法,大大简化了实际工程中全桥拓扑、全半桥混合拓扑结构换流器的损耗计算。接着在固定结温损耗计算方法基础上,提出了结温预估损耗计算方法(简称结温预估方法),并从多种情况(改变系统工况、系统无功、器件开关频率)详细分析了结温预估方法与结温反馈方法的损耗计算相对误差,结果表明结两种计算方法所得结果基本一致,即结温预估方法具有很好的理论可行性。最后,借助于换流阀阀段运行试验平台,开展了阀段损耗测量与分析,验证了所提计算方法的正确性和有效性。相比结温反馈方法,文中所提方法更简洁,计算结果更接近实验测量值,可为高压大容量柔性直流输电系统的损耗评估奠定了基础。With the increase of voltage level and transmission capacity of flexible DC transmission project,the loss of modular multi-level converter becomes more prominent.Based on the working mode analysis of full bridge submodule,one equivalent loss analysis of full bridge submodule is proposed in this paper,which simplifies the loss analysis of full bridge/half bridge hybrid topology in practical engineering.Then based on the calculation method of fixed junction temperature loss,a calculation method of junction temperature prediction loss(referred to as junction temperature estimation method)is proposed,and the details are analyzed from under various conditions(changing system operating conditions,system reactive power,device switching frequency).The relative error between the temperature estimation method and the junction temperature feedback method is calculated.The results show that the difference between the junction temperature estimation method and the junction temperature feedback method is very small.The junction temperature prediction method has good theoretical feasibility.Finally,the valve section loss measurement and analysis are carried out by means o f the valve section of the converter valve,which verified the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed calculation method.Compared with the junction temperature feedback method,the proposed method is more concise,and the calculation result is closer to the experimental measurement value,which can lay a foundation for the loss assessment of the high-voltage large-capacity flexible HVDC transmission system.
