摘 要:具有防雷功能的500kV绝缘子能有效地应对输电线路雷击和覆冰等自然灾害。在覆冰条件下,基于间隙击穿法研究了500kV绝缘子防雷段的电位分布,并利用有限元软件对其进行仿真建模,试验结果与仿真结果一致。为进一步均匀500kV复合绝缘子的电场分布,提出在绝缘段增加环形电阻的新型500kV防冰防雷复合绝缘子结构,提高了防雷段电压比例,整体电场分布更均匀,降低了局部最大场强,在工频闪络电压不变的前提下可实现整体结构进一步缩短,以适应不同窗口尺寸。以最大场强和防雷段电压比例作为结构优化判据,研究结果表明:当绝缘段环形电阻直径为60 mm时,500kV防雷绝缘子的整体电场分布能极大改善,在覆冰情况下最大场强降低了39.2%,大幅降低了在覆冰等极端自然条件下发生闪络的风险。500 kV lightning protection insulator can alleviate natural disasters effectively,such as icing and lightning.The paper carries out test research on the potential distribution of lightning protection section based on gap breakdown under ice coating and establishes a model based on finite element software.The test results are consistent with simulation results.In order to uniform electric field distribution further,a new type of 500kV insulator with lightning and ice protection structure is put forward and optimized by adding ring resistors on the insulation section to increase the voltage ratio of lightning protection section.It can also uniform electric field and reduce maximum field strength,so the overall structure can be further shortened.The maximum field strength and insulation voltage ratio are used as structural optimization criteria.Results show that the overall electric field distribution of 500 kV lightning protection insulator is improved greatly when the ring resistor diameter of insulation section is 60mm,and the maximum field strength is reduced by 39.2%under icing condition,thus reducing flashover risk greatly under extreme natural conditions.
