摘  要:支柱绝缘子在电力系统中被广泛应用,研究支柱绝缘子积污规律对预防污闪事故的发生、保证电力系统的稳定运行有着重要意义。以某电网辖区变电站交流带电运行支柱绝缘子为研究对象,对11个变电站35、110、500k V支柱绝缘子表面积污进行了现场测试,根据测试结果分析其积污分布及影响因素,并利用多物理场仿真软件COMSOL对不同电压等级、不同表面积污情况支柱绝缘子沿面电场分布情况进行仿真分析,进一步解释了支柱绝缘子带电自然积污分布规律。结果表明,带电自然积污支柱绝缘子不同位置伞裙积污总体呈现高压端最重,接地端次之,中部最轻特点,且上表面积污较下表面更严重;支柱绝缘子沿面电场强度分布符合U型分布,其表面污秽情况对沿面电场分布有一定影响;应用支柱绝缘子沿面电场仿真对自然积污试验结果进行了解释验证。Post insulators are widely used in power system. It is of great significance to study pollution accumulation law of post insulators to ensure stable operation of power system. In the paper, taking the working post insulators in substations as research objects, pollution on 35 k V, 110 k V, 500 k V post insulators in eleven substations was measured. Then natural contamination distribution and its influence factors were analyzed based on test results. Finally, simulation of electric field distribution on the surface of post insulators under different pollution conditions and voltage levels was carried out with COMSOL software to further explain natural contamination distribution of post insulators. Research results showed that, pollution of working post insulators in natural contamination test is most serious at high voltage terminal, next at earth terminal and the slightest at middle position. Moreover, pollution accumulation on upper surfaces is more serious than that on lower surfaces. Electric field on the surfaces of post insulators obeys U-type distribution and is affected by pollution condition. The results of natural contamination test are explained and confirmed with electric field simulation on the surfaces of post insulators.
