摘 要:随着天然气产业的快速发展,天然气管道长度的不断延伸及管网的不断扩大,传统的人工控制或简单的信息化、数字化管理已无法满足管网安全、经济、可靠运行的要求,迫切需要通过具有自动采集、自动判断、自动控制功能的智慧管网建设来实现对管网的智能控制.为此,浙江浙能天然气运行有限公司积极开展了智慧管网建设的探索与实践,将高速发展的数字化、自动化技术引入天然气运行管理中,以阴极保护管理、高后果区管理、风险评价、巡线管理等十余个业务模块为基础,建设了智慧管网平台.通过平台和各模块的深入使用,促进天然气管网调度运行的技术升级和管理创新,大大提升了管网调度的效率,也为科学、精准调度提供了可靠的数据支持.With the rapid development of natural gas industry,the continuous extension of natural gas pipeline length and the expansion of pipeline network,traditional manual control or simple infor- mation-based and digital management cannot meet the pipeline network requirements of safe,eco- nomical and reliable operation. It is urgent to achieve intelligent control of pipeline network through in- telligent pipeline network construction with automatic collection,automatic judgment and automatic control functions. Therefore,Zhejiang Zhengneng Natural Gas Operation Co.,Ltd. has actively car- ried out the exploration and practice of intelligent pipeline network construction. Digitalization and au- tomation technology with high-speed development are introduced into natural gas operation manage- ment. Based on more than ten modules,such as cathodic protection management,high consequence area management,risk assessment and line patrol management,the intelligent pipeline network plat- form is built. Through the in-depth use of the platform and modules,the technology upgrading and management innovation of natural gas pipeline network dispatching operation are triggered, which greatly improves the efficiency of pipeline network dispatching and provides reliable data support for sci- entific and accurate dispatching.
