摘 要:青岛LNG接收站装车单元是青岛LNG接收站的重要组成部分,槽车装车是一个不易进行精确控制的过程,当进行槽车充装时,装车橇出口LNG密度会发生变化,充装岗人员及槽车司机都难以直接察觉.基于青岛LNG接收站LNG装车实际工艺,以Aspen HYSYS软件模拟中的动态模拟功能为研究手段,对青岛LNG接收站贫富液管线切换后的装车橇出口LNG密度进行研究,得出不同装车流量下贫富液切换引起管线中LNG密度变化的曲线,以及52.6 m3标准LNG槽车贫富液装车的液位-质量对照关系,建议管线切换后采取7辆或7辆以上槽车同时装车的操作方案,以尽量减少后续因装车橇出口密度变化而受到影响的装车数量,并对管线切换后7辆槽车同时装车工况进行了现场验证.研究结果为装车单元安全装车提供了理论指导,从而降低了槽车运输风险,提高了装车效率.The loading unit of Qingdao LNG receiving terminal is an important part of Qingdao LNG receiving terminal. Tank truck loading is a process that is not easy to control precisely. When the tanker is filled,the LNG density at the loading exit will change. It is difficult for the filling staff and the tanker driver to directly detect it. Based on the actual LNG loading process of Qingdao LNG receiving termi- nal, and taking the dynamic simulation function of Aspen HYSYS software simulation as the study method,the LNG loading density at the loading exit after the switching of the barren and rich liquid pipelines in Qingdao LNG receiving terminal is studied. The LNG density curve caused by the switch- ing of the barren and rich liquid under different loading flows is obtained. The liquid level-quality con- tracting relationship of the barren and rich liquid loading with the 52.6 m3 standard LNG tanker is given. It is recommended to adopt the operation plan of loading 7 or more tankers at the same time after the pipeline is switched, so as to minimize the number of subsequent loading numbers affected by the change of loading exit density. On-site verification is carried out on the simultaneous loading conditions of 7 tank trucks after pipeline switching. The study result provides theoretical guidance for the safe load- ing of loading unit,thus reducing the risk of tanker transportation and improving loading efficiency.
