摘 要:传统瞬变电磁检测技术可在非接触状态下实现埋地金属管道剩余平均壁厚的检测,但是实际应用过程中发现该技术存在管道局部腐蚀分辨率低的不足,为提高该技术的局部腐蚀检测分辨率,进行了磁场信号聚焦定向式加载技术研究.利用遗传算法设计出具有磁场信号聚焦效果的线圈阵列,该阵列激励的磁场信号聚焦在半径约0.7 m的圆形区域内.在试验管道上对具有磁场聚焦效果的瞬变电磁检测装置进行检测试验,试验结果表明,该技术可实现信号聚焦区域内管道剩余平均壁厚的有效检测,且检测所得壁厚数据与超声波测厚数据的误差小于5%.The traditional transient electromagnetic method can detect the residual average wall thick- ness of buried metal pipelines without contact. However,it has been found that this technology has low resolution for local corrosion of buried metal pipelines. In order to improve the local corrosion detection resolution of the technology, the directional loading technology of magnetic field signal focusing is studied. The coil array with focusing effect of magnetic field is realized based on the genetic algorithm. The test results show that the magnetic field excited by the array is focused in a circular region with a ra- dius of about 0.7 m. The transient electromagnetic detection device with magnetic field focusing effect is tested in one tested pipeline. Results show that the technology can effectively detect the residual average wall thickness of the pipeline in the signal focusing area,and the measured difference is less than 5% be- tween the data obtained by the technology and the data obtained by the ultrasonic technology.
