绿色发展制度环境、创业活动与经济增长关系研究

摘　　要：本文将绿色发展理念引入制度环境、创业活动和经济增长的关系研究中,利用1998-2016年数据实证分析得出三个结论。首先,机会创业更容易受到技术促进和环境保护政策的影响,生存创业更受资金支持、人才发展和环境监管政策的影响;其次,绿色发展规制环境和认知环境是创业活动的前奏,前者对创业活动的影响效果更显著;最后,绿色发展规制环境、认知环境和规范环境需要同时改善。This study introduces the relationship of institutional environment,entrepreneurial activities and economic growth with the concept of green development. Through empirical analysis of 1998-2016 statistical data,three conclusions can be drawn. First,opportunity entrepreneurship is more affected by technology promotion policies and environmental protection policies;survival entrepreneurship is more affected by financial support policies, talent development policies and environmental regulatory policies. Second,regulatory environment and cognitive environment of green development are the antecedents of entrepreneurial activities,normative environment of green development more affects performance of entrepreneurial activities. Third,regulatory environment,cognitive environment and normative environment of green development need to be improved at the same time.
