摘　　要：新能源轻卡转向系统多采用EHPS,动转管路是EHPS重要组成部分,而动转管路连接处漏油是EHPS顽疾。常见的动转管路连接密封方式有扩口式管接头螺母、扩口式管接头螺栓、带O形橡胶圈扩口式管接头螺栓、卡套式管接头、卡套式铰接六角螺栓和普通螺栓紧固密封等。文章主要对动转管路几种连接密封方式进行分析,在设计过程规避漏油风险。New energy light truck steering system mostly uses EHPS,power steering pipeline is an important part of EHPS,and oil leakage at the connection of power steering pipeline is a persistent problem of EHPS.Common power steering pipeline connections are flared joint nuts,flared joint bolts,flared joint bolts with O-ring,jacketed joint,jacketed articulated hexagonal bolts and common bolt tightening seals.In this paper,the power steering pipeline connection sealing methods are analyzed to avoid the risk of oil leakage in the design process.
