摘 要:利用拉伸试验、硬度测试、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对冷拉304奥氏体钢丝的力学性能和显微组织进行分析。结果表明,钢丝的抗拉强度随着总压缩率的增加而增大,断面收缩率随着总压缩率的增加而减小;当总压缩率达到65%时,钢丝中的晶粒由初始的等轴状转变为平行于拉拔方向的纤维状;由钢丝X射线衍射花样计算的马氏体体积分数随着总压缩率的增加而增大,且形变诱导产生的马氏体相是钢丝强化的主导因素;退火处理能显著减少钢丝中的马氏体,降低钢丝的抗拉强度。The mechanical properties and microstructures of 304 austenitic stainless steel wire during cold drawing were investigated by tensile test,hardness test,SEM and XRD.Results shown that the tensile strength increased with total compression ratio increasing,percentage reduction of area decreased with total compression ratio increasing.The initial equiaxed grains transformed into fibrous grains paralleled to the drawing direction at total compression ratio 65%.The volume fraction of martensite calculated by the XRD patterns increased with total compression ratio increasing,and the martensite induced by deformation mainly contributed to steel wire reinforcement.Annealing treatment decreased martensite in steel wire obviously,and decreased steel wire tensile strength.
