摘　　要：21模300水箱拉丝机收线工字轮满盘质量重,人工操作难度大。为了提高设备自动化程度,减轻工作强度,设计制造了具有自动抓盘、放盘功能的300机械手自动控制系统。300水箱拉丝机收线工字轮自动装卸控制系统主要由PLC,触摸屏,伺服系统组成。软件设计部分中的PLC程序块主要包括:主程序块、(X,Y,Z)轴子程序、报警子程序等。自动装卸控制系统提高了工作效率,降低劳动强度,杜绝了搬运安全隐患,工作场地整齐规范。操作工管理的水箱拉丝机数量从原来的4~6台增加到6~10台。The full spool weight of 21-die 300 wet drawing machine is heavy and difficult to be operated manually.In order to improve automation of equipment and reduce work intensity,automatic loading and unloading spool control system is designed and manufactured.The automatic loading and unloading spool control system for 300 wet drawing machine is mainly composed of PLC,touch screen,servo system.The PLC program block in software design part mainly includes:main program block,(X,Y,Z)axis subroutine,alarm subroutine,etc.The automatic loading and unloading control system improves work efficiency,reduces labor intensity,eliminates safety hazards in handling,and neatly regulates work site.The number of wet drawing machines managed by each operator has increased from 4~6 to 6~10.
