摘  要:近年来智能检索技术发展较为迅速,推动了科技评审专家智能检索技术的发展,相对于传统科技评审系统中根据专家的所学专业、熟悉专业等信息选择专家进行科技项目及成果评审工作,基于智能分词技术的文本语义提取技术可以更加快速、合理地遴选出合适的专家;利用智能推荐技术与语义提取技术,准确地推荐与科技项目领域相匹配的专家[1];利用网络爬虫技术,定向抓取网络上专家资源,根据需要的技术领域,获取所需的专家信息。综合以上技术,可以使云网科技项目和科技成果的评审工作更公平、合理、科学。Intelligent retrieval technology develops more rapidly in recent years,promoted the development of intelligent retrieval technology for science and technology appraisal experts,compared with the traditional evaluation system of science and technology,select experts according to the expert's major,familiar specialties or other information for scientific projects and achievements review,intelligent segmentation technology based on the text semantic extraction technology can be more rapid,reasonably selected appropriate experts;Select the appropriate experts,use the intelligent recommendation technology and semantic extraction technology,accurately recommend the experts in the eld of science and technology,use the network crawler technology,to capture the expert resources on the network,and obtain the required expert information according to the required technical eld.Combined with the above technologies,we can make the evaluation of cloud network technology projects and scientific and technological achievements more equitable,reasonable and scientfic.
