摘 要:小水电地区电网潮流变化复杂,电网网损的波动受小水电出力的变化而变化,以某地区电网为例,首先分析了多小水电地区电网的运行特征和小水电出力特征。以网损最小为优化目标,采用遗传算法求解最优潮流问题,提出了针对不同电网结构和运行方式下,调整电网有功潮流、变电站主变投退和小水电无功出力的优化方案。最后,对变压器参数不匹配、35 kV母线电压不平衡、用户侧无功补偿容量不足等异常网损的机理进行了分析,并提出了相应的改善措施,为多小水电地区电网制定以实现网损最优为目的的运行方案提供理论依据。Power grid loss varies with the output fluctuation of small hydropower,because of complexity of power flow in the area with many small hydroelectric generating sets.The article takes a certain region power grid for example,analyzes operating characteristic and small hydropower output feature for region with many small hydroelectric generating sets firstly.With the goal of minimizing power grid loss,using genetic algorithm calculate optimal power flow,the article put forward optimization plan adjusting power grid effective power flow、transformer substation main transformer input and output operation、small hydropower reactive power output operation,for different electric power network compositions and mode of operations.At last,mechanism of abnormal network loss which contain transformer parameters mismatching、35 kV bus voltage unbalance、lack of reactive power compensation in consumer side are analyzed,and improves measures are put forward,assist regional power grid with many small hydropower to provide scientific basis establishing operation scheme to achieve the goal of electric network loss minimize.
