摘  要:利用光固化三维(3D)打印技术对有机硅材料进行成型加工,需要先对有机硅材料进行光敏改性。采用硅氢加成与酯交换的方法,在硅油上引入丙烯基团,制备出一种立体光固化(SLA)3D打印用光敏有机硅预聚体。在此基础上,对不同种类的光引发剂在光敏有机硅预聚体中的溶解度、固化时间及用量进行了探索;在具有最佳效果的光引发剂的种类与用量下,对光敏有机硅树脂固化深度进行了探索;确定了最佳光固化效果的配方后,对光敏有机硅树脂进行了光固化3D打印成型。结果表明,在实验选材范围内,光引发剂2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(TPO)在光敏有机硅中具有较大的溶解度与较好的光引发效果;当光引发剂TPO的用量为4%时,光敏有机硅树脂具有较好的光反应特性;在不用活性稀释剂、溶剂以及热能的条件下,制备的有机硅光敏树脂可以在SLA3D打印机中完整地成型出制件。In order to fabricate products with organosilicone resin by using light curing three dimensional(3 D)printing,it was necessary to modify the photosensitive properties of the organosilicone material.In this paper,a photosensitive silicone prepolymer for SLA 3 D printing was prepared by introducing allyl groups into the molecular chain of hydrosiloxane oil by means of hydrosiloxane addition and transesterification.After that,the solubility,curing time and dosage of different photoinitiators in organosilicone resin were investigated.The curing depth of organosilicone resin was studied according to the type and dosage of photoinitiator with the best effect.Finally,the photosensitive organosilicone resin was formed into specimens by SLA 3 D printing.The experimental results show that among the selected materials the photoinitiator diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide(TPO)has greater solubility and better photo-initiating effect on the organosilicone resin.When the dosage of photoinitiator TPO is 4%,the organosilicone resin has better light-cured characteristics.The prepared silicone photosensitive resin could be fully moulded in SLA 3 D printers without the use of active diluents,solvents,and thermal energy.
