摘 要:通过固体粉末渗硼法直接烧结粉末压坯,制备具有渗硼层的铁基材料。对铁基粉末压坯在不同温度和时间下分别进行渗硼处理,采用金相显微镜观察了渗硼层的形貌,测定了渗硼层的厚度;用洛氏硬度计测定了渗硼层的表面硬度;用X射线衍射仪分析了渗硼层的物相组成;在MMW-2型摩擦磨损实验机测试了试样的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,渗硼层主要由Fe 2B单相组成,其厚度均匀且与基体结合牢固,渗层厚度和硬度随时间及温度的增加而逐渐增加,渗层厚度过薄或者过厚都会造成渗层组织与基体的结合力的下降。用此方法烧结渗硼,渗层厚度有最佳值范围,应通过控制烧结温度、保温时间确保渗层厚度在合适的范围内,有利于保证渗硼层与基体的结合力,从而降低渗硼层的脆性并改善材料的摩擦磨损性能。The powder compact was directly sintered by a pack boronizing process to prepare a Fe-based material having a boronized layer.The effects of process parameters such as sintering temperature and sintering time on the microstructure and quality of the layer were studied.The morphology of the boronized layer was observed by a metallographic microscope,and the thickness of the boronized layer was measured.The surface hardness of the boronized layer was measured by a Rockwell hardness tester,the phase composition of the boronized layer was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and the friction and wear properties of the sample were tested on the MMW-2 type friction and wear tester.The results show that the boronized layer was mainly composed of Fe 2B single phase,and its thickness was uniform and firmly bonded to the substrate.The thickness and hardness of the layer gradually increased with time and temperature.The binding force between the layer and the substrate would be decreased while the thickness of the layer was too thin or too thick.The thickness of the layer had the best value range with this method.Ensuring the thickness of the layer within a suitable range by controlling the sintering temperature,sintering time and other process parameters was beneficial to reduce the brittleness of the boronized layer and improve the friction and wear properties of the material.
