摘 要:为了给有轨电车轨道新线路的电阻特性验收评估及后续电腐蚀检测提供有效的测试方法,对杂散电流和过渡电阻之间的关系进行了理论分析,推导并建立了轨地过渡电阻数学分析模型。结合有轨电车线路的铺设特点,对欧洲标准EN 50122-2进行优化,得到适合现场实施的轨地过渡电阻接线原理图,组建了用于工程测试的检测系统,并进行了线路应用。现场测试结果表明,所建立的分析模型正确,测试原理、测试设备系统匹配合理。这为轨道交通轨地过渡电阻研究提供了可行的工程测试方法。In order to provide an effective testing method for the acceptance evaluation of electrical resistance characteristics and the follow-up electric corrosion test of the new tram line, the relationship between stray current and transition resistance are theoretically analyzed. On this basis, an analytic math model of transition resistance is derived and established. According to the characteristics of tram line laying, the EN 50122-2 standard is optimized, a transition resistance wiring diagram suitable for on-site implementation is obtained, new engineering testing system is formed and applied on practical lines. Field test results show that the established model is correct, the matching of test principle and equipment system is reasonable. This research provides a feasible theory reference and engineering method for rail-to-ground transition resistance study of urban rail transit.
