摘  要:目的探讨如何提高医学硕士研究生医学科研思维和创新能力,为国家培养兼具临床技能和医学科研创新能力的复合型人才。方法以撰写综述的方式提前引导学生接触科研文献,培养科研思维;启发学生独立发现问题、解决问题,摒弃学术不端行为;科学学位型研究生适当参加临床工作;鼓励研究生参加高层次学术交流会;关注研究生心理健康。结果提高医学研究生医学科研思维和创新能力的举措已经初见成效。结论培养拥有临床技能和科研创新能力的复合型人才应该是医学硕士研究生教育的目标,也是一项长期而系统的工程。Objective To investigate how to improve the medical scientific thinking and innovation abilities of medical postgraduate students,and to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with clinical skills and innovation abilities for our country.Methods The students were guided to become familiar with scientific literature by writing medical reviews to establish scientific research thinking,and they were inspired to discover and solve problems independently and abandon academic misconduct.Academic graduate students participated in some clinical work.Graduate students were encouraged to participate in high-level academic mee-tings,and attention was also paid to the mental health of postgraduate students.Results In recent years,the measures to improve the medical scientific thinking and innovation abilities of medical postgraduate students achieved preliminary results.Conclusion Cultivation of interdisciplinary talents with clinical skills and scientific innovation ability should be the goal of medical postgraduate education,and it is also a long-term and systematic project.
