改良外剥内扎加桥形皮瓣整形术治疗环状混合痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察改良外剥内扎加桥形皮瓣整形术治疗环状混合痔的疗效,选择我院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的60例环状混合痔患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗,观察组采用改良外剥内扎加桥形皮瓣整形术治疗。比较2组患者的疗效。结果显示,术后第3、7、14天观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组。观察组在创面愈合时间、肛门狭窄、肛缘水肿等方面明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,改良外剥内扎加桥形皮瓣整形术治疗环状混合痔具有疗效好,患者术后疼痛轻,创面愈合时间短等优点,值得临床推广。This study was to observe the effect of the combind procedure(modified external dissection &internal ligation plus bridge flap plasty)in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids(CMH),enrolled 60 CMH patients treated in author’s hospital(2015-01-2017-12)and randomly divided them into control group(30 cases,received external dissection &internal ligation)and observation group(30 cases,above combined procedure);then,compared both groups’ effect.As results,on the 3 rd,7 th and 14 th day after operation the pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05);and in wound-surface healing time,in anal stenosis and perianal edema etc,observation group was all significantly superior to control group(P <0.05).Results show that above combined procedure for CMH has the advantages as good effect,lighter postoperative pain,and shorter healing time,etc.
