综合疗法治疗放射性直肠炎15例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨强的松片和草木犀流浸液片口服联合复方角菜酸酯栓纳肛综合治疗放射性直肠炎的疗效及优缺点,将30例放射性直肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例,观察组使用强的松片和草木犀流浸液片口服,并配合复方角菜酸酯栓纳肛。对照组予抗生素等药液保留灌肠。4周为1疗程,每个疗程结束后行肠镜检查,评估肠黏膜改变情况和临床疗效。结果显示,经治疗后2组症状均有改善,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,强的松片和草木犀流浸液片口服联合复方角菜酸酯栓纳肛能有效缓解放射性直肠炎患者临床症状,操作简单,不良反应小,易于临床普及。This study was to investigate the efficacy of the combined therapy(orally administered prednisone tablets and melilotus extract tablets,combined with compoud titanoreine suppository by rectum)in the treatment of radiation proctitis(RP)and its merits and faults,randomly divided 30 cases of RP into observation group(15 cases,received above combination therapy)and control group(15 cases,antibiotics plus drugs enema);one treatment course spaned 4 weeks,after which according to enteroscopic findings to evaluate patients enteric mucosa change status,as well as clinical effect.As results,both groups’ symptoms were all improved,but observation group’s effect was superior to control groups’ one(P <0.05).Results show that the combined therapy(i.e three-in-one)can effectively relieve RP patient’s symptoms,with less untoward reaction and simple manupulation,thus it is easy popularized clinically.
