益气润肠汤治疗妊娠期脾肺气虚型功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察益气润肠汤治疗妊娠期脾肺气虚型功能性便秘的临床疗效,将我院2016-2018年妊娠期脾肺气虚型功能性便秘患者70例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组予以小麦纤维素颗粒口服,治疗组予以小麦纤维素颗粒联合益气润肠汤口服,比较2组患者临床有效率、中医证候积分、停药4周后复发率。结果显示,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组患者中医主证候及中医兼证积分显著低于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组总复发率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,益气润肠汤治疗妊娠期脾肺气虚型功能性便秘疗效显著,能有效改善妊娠期功能性便秘的临床症状,提高有效率,降低复发率。This study was to observe the clinical effect of Yiqirunchang Tang(shortly named as Tang,a TCM formula)in the treatment of gravidic functional constipation(FC),randomly divided 70 cases with gravidic FC predominated by deficiency of both lung and spleen into control group(n =35,given wheat cellulose granules)and treatment group(n =35,above granules+Tang);then compared both clinical effective rate,the score rating of TCM syndrome,and the recurrence rate 4 weeks after withdrawal.As results,in above-mentioned indexes treatment group was significantly and respectively higher,lower,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that for above gravidic FC Tang has significantly effect,can effectively improve patients’ symptoms with higher effective rate and lower recurrence rate.
