摘　　要：目的调查南宁市青秀区40岁以上环卫工人慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)的患病现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用随机整群抽样法在南宁市青秀区抽取环卫工人1 041人。检测所有研究对象的肺功能,并采用自制调查问卷收集相关资料。采用Logistic回归模型分析环卫工人发生慢阻肺的影响因素。结果 1 041个环卫工人中,共诊断慢阻肺患者38例,其中男性31例、女性7例,患病率为3.7%。多因素分析结果显示,性别、工作年限、年龄、吸烟以及呼吸系统疾病史是40岁以上环卫工人发生慢阻肺的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论南宁市青秀区>40岁的环卫工人群体中存在一定数量的慢阻肺患者,其中男性、工作年限长、年龄大、吸烟,以及有呼吸系统疾病史者发生慢阻肺的风险较高。Objective To investigate the prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in sanitation workers over 40 years of age in Qingxiu District of Nanning City,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 1 041 sanitation workers from Qingxiu District of Nanning City were selected by random cluster sampling method.The pulmonary function was detected in all objects,and self-made questionnaire was employed to collect the relevant data.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for the prevalence of COPD in sanitation workers.Results In 1 041 sanitation workers,38 workers including 31 males and 7 females were diagnosed as COPD,and the prevalence rate was 3.7%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis results revealed that gender,work seniority,age,smoking,history of respiratory diseases were the influencing factors for developing COPD in the sanitation workers over 40 years of age(all P<0.05).Conclusion A certain number of COPD patients exist in the group of sanitation workers over 40 years of age in Qingxiu District of Nanning City,among which,a higher risk of COPD occurs in male workers,workers with long work seniority,older workers,workers with smoking or respiratory disease history.
