高温除尘过滤袋针眼密封用胶粘剂的应用研究

摘　　要：为提高过滤精度,高温除尘过滤袋采用针眼处表面施胶密封方法。通过对比四种胶粘剂的物理性能、胶干固化速度、耐温性能和耐粘能力等方面发现,反应型聚氨酯热熔胶具有固化速度快、耐温性和耐粘能力优良的特点,生产加工高效、安全、可靠。In order to improve the filtering accuracy,an adhesive was applied to seal the needle holes in high temperature dust filter bags.By comparing the physical properties,curing speed,temperature resistance and adhesion resistance of four adhesives,it was found that the reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive had the characteristics of fast curing speed,excellent temperature resistance and adhesion resistance,and was efficient,safe and reliable in production and processing.
