摘　　要：通过对水泥行业使用的除尘器实际效果的分析,结合水泥企业提出的使用要求,设计了2款滤料,在滤料模拟测试装置(德国FilTEq)上按GB/T6719滤料动态过滤性能测试方法,做了相关实验,并运用于水泥企业的烟尘治理中,达到了粉尘排放小于5mg/m^3的效果,满足了水泥企业提出的粉尘排放要求。Through the analysis on the actual results of the dust collectors used in the cement industry and the requirements from cement enterprises,two kinds of filter materials were designed.According to the test method for dynamic filtration performance described in GB/T6719,relevant tests were carried out on the filter material simulation test device(FilTEqin,Germany),and these filter materials were used in the dust control in cement enterprises.The results have shown that the dust emission is less than 5 mg/m^3,which meets the requirements of cement enterprises.
