摘 要:以废弃脱脂棉和精梳棉为生物模板,聚碳硅烷(PCS)为SiC陶瓷先驱体,采用浸渍法在惰性气氛下1000℃低温热解制备出了SiC遗态陶瓷,为开发非木材原料废弃物制备环境材料提供了实验依据。研究了浸渍浆料中PCS含量对烧成产物微观形貌、物相结构、线收缩率、体积密度、元素组成和比表面积的影响。结果表明:脱脂棉和精梳棉遗态保持了纤维状,浸渍浆料后纤维遗态被PCS热解产物包裹,形成了主晶形为β-SiC的遗态陶瓷;脱脂棉模板对浆料的吸收更好;随浸渍浆料中PCS含量从10%增加至40%,陶瓷中β-SiC含量逐渐增多,线收缩率逐渐减小,体积密度逐渐增大,热解产物Si含量逐渐增多,比表面积逐渐减小。SiC Biomorphic ceramics has been successfully fabricated at low temperature of 1000℃ using degreasing cotton&combed cotton as biotemplate,which provided experimental basis for the development of environmental materials for non-wood raw material waste preparation.The effects of PCS content on the SEM,XRD,linear shrinkage,volume density,EDS and surface area of the sintered product were studied.The results showed that the main crystal form of SiC biomorphic ceramics was β-SiC.Better absorption of sizing material by degreasing cotton template.With the increase of PCS content from 10% to 40%,the content of β-SiC in ceramics gradually increased,the line shrinkage decreased,the volume density increased,and the Si content of pyrolysis products increased gradually,the surface area decreased.
