摘  要:目的分析江西省儿童医院感染患儿临床标本中分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性并分析其相关基因携带情况。方法收集2018年1月-2018年12月江西省儿童医院感染患儿临床标本中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌共计94株,使用BD Phonix-100全自动微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定及药敏;使用质谱仪对菌株进行验证后经聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法检测femA、mecA、mecC及PVL基因。对MRSA组及MSSA组数据中对常用药物的耐药率、耐药基因携带情况进行统计学比较。结果94例菌株中检测出37株MRSA,耐药率为39.4%(37/94);94株金黄色葡萄球菌均检测出femA基因;37株MRSA中检测出36例携带mecA基因,有1例MRSA未检出mecA基因;94例菌株均未检出mecC基因;PVL基因的检出率为14.9%(14/94),其中MRSA组检出6例,MSSA组检出8例。结论江西地区儿童感染患者临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌中,MRSA的检出率较高。MRSA组比MSSA组更具多重耐药性并携带更多耐药基因。Objective The drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical samples of children with nosocomial infection in Jiangxi province was analyzed and the related gene carrying status was analyzed.Methods A total of 94 strains of staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical specimens of children with hospital infection in Jiangxi province from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected,BD phonix-100 automatic microbial analyzer was used for bacterial identification and drug sensitivity,femA,mecA,mecC and PVL genes were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Statistical comparison was made between the MRSA group and MSSA group on drug resistance rate and drug resistance gene carrying status of common drugs.Results In 94 strains,37 strains of MRSA were detected,and the drug resistance rate was 39.4%(37/94);femA gene was detected in 94 staphylococcus aureus strains;mecA gene was detected in 36 MRSA strains and not in 1 MRSA strain;mecC gene was not detected in 94 strains;The detection rate of PVL gene was 14.9%(14/94),among which 6 cases were detected in MRSA group and 8 cases were detected in MSSA group.Conclusion In clinical isolation of staphylococcus aureus in children infected in jiangxi,the detection rate of MRSA is relatively high,The MRSA group was more multi-drug resistant and carried more resistant genes than the MSSA group.
