动态心电图在诊断小儿心肌损害中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿心肌损害临床诊断中,应用动态心电图检查的价值。方法选取2016年1月~2018年5月我院确诊的心肌损害患儿200例作为研究对象,回顾性分析患儿的心电图检查方法,将其随机分为研究组(动态心电图)和对照组(常规心电图)。对比分析两组异常检出率并分析其价值。结果研究组阳性检出率为92.0%,对照组则为49.0%;两组对比,研究组检出率明显高于对照组的检出率,此差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论动态心电图在小儿心肌损害临床诊断中的应用价值显著,值得临床重视与推广。Objective To investigate the value ofdynamic electrocardiogram examination in clinical diagnosis of myocardial injury in children. Methods 200 children with myocardial injury diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects, and the methods of electrocardiogram examination were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into research group(dynamic electrocardiogram) and control group(conventional electrocardiogram). The anomaly detection rate of the two groups was compared and its value was analyzed. Results The positive detection rate was 92.0% in the study group and 49.0% in the control group.Compared with the two groups, the detection rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and this difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusions Dynamic electrocardiogram is of great value in clinical diagnosis of myocardial injury in children and is worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
