摘　　要：目的研究右束支传导阻滞(RBBB)依赖性Q波是否可出现于下壁导联(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF)。方法在我科存档的532例间歇性RBBB及3550例房性激动伴RBBB型室内差异传导的心电图资料中查找出现于下壁导联的RBBB依赖性Q波。结果共找到8例出现于下壁导联的RBBB依赖性Q波。结论 RBBB不但可影响QRS波的终末部分,亦可影响QRS波的初始部分,从而导致下壁导联出现RBBB依赖性Q波。Objective To study the right bundle branch block(RBBB) dependent of Q wave can appear in inferior leads(Ⅱ, Ⅲ, a VF). Methods The ecg data of 532 cases of intermittent RBBB and 3550 cases of atrial excitation with RBBB type of indoor differential conduction were collected in our department. Results 8 cases of RBBB-dependent Q wave were found in the lower wall lead. Conclusions RBBB can affect not only the final part of QRS wave, but also the initial part of QRS wave, thus leading to RBBB-dependent Q wave in the lower wall lead.
