摘　　要：离心式风机变频调速是一种非常有效的节能方式,然而该方式在实际运行过程中往往达不到理想的节能效果,甚至影响机组带负荷能力。对此,本文收集了大量试验数据,分析总结了电厂风机变频调速存在的问题及原因;并对新建和在役机组分别提出了切实可行的解决方案。分析表明离心式风机变频调速存在问题的主要原因为:风机性能与烟风系统特性不匹配;变频器的转速与风机性能上的转速差较大。提出解决方法:提高风机与烟风系统的匹配性,如通过优化选型、增加叶轮宽度等;控制系统效应影响提高风机实际性能,如控制系统现场安装精度、通过烟道优化改善风机进气条件。该结论可供风机制造厂、安装单位、运行单位参考。It is a very effective way to adopt centrifugal air fans with frequency conversion to save energy.However,the energy-saving effect is not ideal in most cases,and even affects the load capacity of the unit.To solve this problem,large amounts of experimental data were collected,and the problems and causes of the frequency conversion and speed regulation of the power plant fans were analyzed and summarized.Moreover,the feasible solutions for both newly built and in-service units were put forward.The analysis showsthat,the main reasons for the problems of variable frequency speed regulation of centrifugal fans are as follows.First,the performance of the air fans does not match the resistance characteristics of the flue gas system.Second,there is large rotate speed difference between the inverter and the air fan performance.Therefore,several countermeasures were proposed,such as improving the matching degree between the fan and flue gas system(for example,optimizing the type selection,increasing the impeller width),controlling the system effect influence and improving the actual performance of the fan(for example,controlling the installation accuracy in site and improving the air intake condition of the fan through flue duct optimization).This conclusion can provide references for the manufacturers,installation and operating enterprises of air fans.
