摘　　要：在电厂加氧处理过程中,当机组负荷波动较大时,会发生氧量波动大且不易调节的问题。为此西安热工研究院有限公司自主研发了液态恒值自动加氧技术,该技术利用质溶复送机输送液态富氧水,从而保证在机组负荷波动较大时,给水系统中氧量基本恒定。以华电集团某火电厂1号1050 MW机组为例,采用液态恒值自动加氧技术可将氧量自动控制在设定值±3μg/L,解决了机组氧量波动较大时加氧设备无法正常投运的难题,为加氧机组安全稳定运行提供了可靠的技术保证。该技术在多个电厂加氧处理过程中应用效果良好。During the oxygenation treatment process,thedissolvedoxygen content will fluctuates largely and is difficult to regulate when the unit load fluctuates greatly.To solve this problem,Xi’an Thermal Power Research Institute Co.,Ltd.has developed the liquid constant automatic oxygenation technology.In steadof adding gaseous oxygen,this technologyuses the oxygen dissalving machine to transport the liquid oxygen-enriched water,to ensure that the dissolvedoxygen content is basically constant when the unit load fluctuates greatly.Taking the 1050 MW No.1 unit of a power plant in Huadian as the example,after applying the liquid constant automatic oxygenation technology,the dissolved oxygen content can be automatically controlled at the set value±3μg/L.Thus,the problem that the oxygenated equipment can not operate normally with large oxygen fluctuations in units is solved.This technology provides a reliable technical guarantee for safe and stable operation of the oxygenated units,it has got a good application effect in manypower plants.
