摘  要:针对湿法脱硫塔烟气偏流问题,采用加入导流板的方式组织烟气流动,提高液气比分布均匀性。本文基于欧拉-拉格朗日模型描述塔内气液两相流动过程,采用双膜理论对SO2吸收过程进行简化分析,建立传质模型;建立导流板式喷淋塔内多相流动与传质过程的数值计算模型;并以某660 MW燃煤机组湿法脱硫系统为研究对象,设计4种不同结构的导流板。结果表明,与原喷淋塔相比,加入4块导流板时脱硫性能提升较为明显,脱硫效率由82.2%提升至87.1%,且系统阻力基本不变。In order to solve the problem of bias flow in wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD)tower,the deflectors were installed in the tower to reorganize the gas-phase flow and improve the distribution uniformity of liquid-to-gas ratio.TheEuler-Lagrangemethod was applied to describe the gas-liquid two-phase flow inside the tower,and thetwo-film theory was employed to simplify the SO2absorption process and establish the mas transfer model.Thenumerical model for multiphase flow and mass transfer in guide plate sprayingtower was established.Moreover,taking the wet FGD system of a 660 MW unit coal-fired power unit as an example,four various kinds of deflectors were designed.The calculation results show that,compared with the original spraying tower,the desulfurization efficiency of the tower equipped with four deflectors improves dramatically,the desulfurization efficiency incrased from 82.2%to 87.1%,and the pressure drop of the system remains unchanged basically.
