摘  要:2019年,澳大利亚维多利亚大学米切尔研究所发布《澳大利亚高等教育的重新思考和振兴》报告,报告指出,澳大利亚应用技术型高等教育面临多重挑战:教育的内在本质要求更加关注人的发展,入学群体的多样化导致人才培养起点参差不齐,社会经济发展需要更具实践技能的人才,应用技术型高等教育和普通高等教育分隔的现象长期存在等。为破解这些难题,促进应用技术型高等教育发展,报告提出修订澳大利亚资格框架(AQF),改革应用技术型高等教育招生制度,重构应用技术型高等教育的课程和教学方法,完善和推广学徒制,拓展资金投入渠道等多项对策,这对我国应用技术型高等教育的发展具有重要的借鉴与启示意义。The report Rethinking and Revitalising Tertiary Education in Australia,is published on May 28th,2019.It is pointed out that applied technique-oriented higher education in Australia is confronted with many problems need to improve,which are:more attention should be paid to human development with the need of the inherent nature of education;the diversity of admission groups leads to uneven starting points for training;the development of social and economic needs more talents who are equipped with practical skills;there has been a long-standing problem of the segregation between applied technique-oriented higher education and general higher education.In order to solve the problems faced by the development of application-oriented higher education in Australia and to promote the development of that,it is proposed that the Australian Qualification Framework(AQF),the University enrollment system and the crriculum and pedagogy of applied technique-oriented higher education curriculum and teaching should be reformed;the apprenticeship system should be reformed and perfect promotion;also the channels of capital investment should be expanded.They are important enlightenments for the development of applied technique-oriented higher education in China.
