摘　　要：通过对安徽棉花产业的调研,介绍了近20年来安徽棉花产业现状,分析了近10年来安徽棉花产业萎缩的原因,论证了振兴安徽棉花产业的必要性和紧迫性,提出了发展特色棉种植为主体的振兴安徽棉花产业的4项改革措施的建议,旨在引导安徽棉花产业的健康发展。Through investigation and research of cotton industry in Anhui,the author introduces the present situation of cotton industry in Anhui province in recent 20 years,analyzes the cause of the cotton industry in Anhui atrophy in nearly 10 years,demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the revitalization of the cotton industry in Anhui province,puts forward the development characteristic of cotton cultivation as the main body,the revitalization of the cotton industry in Anhui four proposals to reform the measures.Aimed at guiding the healthy development of Anhui cotton industry.
