基于PubMed数据库的非霍奇金淋巴瘤治疗现状和研究热点聚类分析

摘　　要：目的:了解近年来非霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗现状和研究热点。方法:对PubMed数据库中2016年1月1日-2019年8月21日收录的治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤相关文献,用书目共现分析系统2.0软件和gCLUTO 1.0软件进行文献计量学与双向聚类分析。结果:共获得4534篇文献,可以看出2016-2019年发文量呈逐年下降趋势,发文期刊以《Leukemia&lymphoma》,《Annals of hematology》,《British journal of haematology》,《Blood》等血液科学的顶级期刊为主,第一作者意大利的Zinzani PL(11篇)发文最多,其次是西班牙的Sorigue M(10篇)和美国的Martin P(10篇)。聚类分析显示研究热点集中在淋巴瘤、白血病、皮肤肿瘤或肿瘤复发患者的传统治疗,分子靶向药物利妥昔单抗及其他免疫治疗药物的用途、不良反应、治疗方案、给药方法和剂量等方向。结论:欧洲学者在治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的研究中发文量处于领先地位,美国学者在该领域的研究成果也比较突出。针对传统治疗、靶向治疗药物的用途、不良反应、治疗方案、给药方法及剂量的研究对提高治愈率和改善预后具有重要意义。Objective:To evaluate the current status and research hotspots of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in recent years.Methods:The literature on non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in the PubMed database from January 1,2016,to August 21,2019 was included.Bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder(BICOMB)2.0 software and gCLUTO 1.0 software were used for bibliometric and bidirectional cluster analysis.Results:A total of 4534 articles were obtained.It was found that the number of publications in this field was decreasing year by year during2016-2019.And the studies were mainly published on the top journals of blood sciences such as Leukemia&lymphoma,Annals of hematology,British journal of haematology,and Blood.In the case of the first author,Zinzani PL from Italy had the largest number of publications(11 articles),followed by Sorigue M from Spain(10 articles)and Martin P from the U.S.(10 articles).Cluster analysis showed that the research hotspots were focused the traditional treatment of patients with lymphoma,leukemia,skin tumor or tumor recurrence,the molecularly targeted drug rituximab and other immunotherapies,and the adverse reactions,treatment options,administration methods,and dosages and so on.Conclusion:European scholars are in a leading position in the treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,and American scholars in this field are also outstanding.The research on traditional treatment and molecularly targeted therapy of the use,adverse reactions,treatment regimens,administration methods,and dosages of traditional treatment,and targeted therapeutic drugs are of great significance for improving the cure rate and prognosis of this disease.
