摘　　要：溶出度是中药固体制剂质量控制的重要指标,但长期以来未受到足够的重视。本文综述了近年来中药固体制剂溶出行为的研究概况,主要包括溶出度的影响因素、测定方法、评价技术等内容,并在此基础上提出中药固体制剂溶出行为的研究方向,旨在为中药固体制剂溶出行为研究提供参考,从而更为全面地提升中药固体制剂的质量控制水平。Dissolution is an important indicator for quality control of solid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),however,it has not been paid enough attention to for a long time.In this paper,we reviewed the recent research progress on the dissolution of solid preparations of TCM,which mainly included influence factors,determination methods and evaluation techniques of dissolution.On this basis,the research direction of the dissolution behaviors of TCM solid preparations was proposed,in order to provide reference for the future research and improve the quality control level of TCM solid preparations.
