摘  要:目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定不同产地黄芫花中5种有害元素及其他9种元素的分析方法,得出特征元素,为中药材黄芫花的质量评价提供依据。方法:样品经微波消解后,采用ICP-MS测定了14种无机元素,并进行了方法学验证。采用SPSS聚类分析和主成分分析对其特征元素进行了评价。结果:方法学验证表明,各元素均呈良好的线性关系,r≥0.9950,精密度、稳定性和重复性均符合测定要求,加样回收率在95.24%~101.21%。主成分分析选出4个主因子,得出特征元素为铁(Fe)、镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)、锰(Mn)、钾(K);聚类分析分为两大类,说明元素含量与环境、地域存在一定关系。结论:不同产地的黄芫花中的有害元素均符合我国药典的相关规定。本研究可为黄芫花的质量控制和安全性评价提供依据。Objective:To develop a method for determination of five hazardous elements and nine inorganic elements in Wikstroemia by ICP-MS with microwave digestion.The characteristic elements may provide valuable evidence for the quality evaluation of Wikstroemia.Methods:The samples were treated by microwave digestion and determined by ICP-MS.The method was validated.The inorganic elements were evaluated by SPSS cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Results:The proposed method showed good linearity with r≥0.9950 for all inorganic elements.The RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests all complied with the regulations.The recoveries were 95.24%~101.21%.The principal component analysis results indicated that Fe,Cd,Zn,Se,Mn,and K may be the characteristic elements.The cluster analysis results showed that the samples could be clustered reasonably into two groups,and the contents of inorganic elements were related to the ecological environment.Conclusion:The contents of five hazardous elements in Wikstroemia from different areas complied with the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.This study can provide the basis for the quality control and safety evaluation of Wikstroemia.
