摘　　要：为解决医学进步给离婚诉讼带来的难题,陕甘宁边区1945年开始在离婚诉讼中采用"考虑期间"裁定,进而在多种典型的离婚纠纷案中适用,并逐渐将其制度化,收到了稳定婚姻家庭、缓和婚姻冲突的良好效果。"考虑期间"制度源于中国近代以来民事诉讼法离婚诉讼中的"诉讼中止"制度,同时又是对诉讼中止制度的变革和发展,是陕甘宁边区在婚姻法领域的重要创造。In order to solve the problems in divorce proceedings brought by the development of medicine,Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region started to adopt the ruling of consideration period in divorce proceedings since 1945, then applied it to other typical divorce disputes,and then institutionalized it gradually,and achieved good results in stabilizing marriage and family and alleviating marital conflict.The system of consideration period came from the system of suspension of litigation in divorce proceedings of the civil procedure law since the late Qing dynasty,and it is a change and development of it,it is also an important creation of Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region in the field of marriage law.
