摘 要:采用传统的高温固相反应法在较低温度下制备红色荧光体Eu^3+掺杂的Ca2SiO3Cl2,研究了Ca2-xSiO3Cl2∶xEu^3+(x=3%~18%)的晶体结构和发光性质。激发和发射光谱表明,样品可以被近紫外350~420nm波段激发,最强激发峰位置位于394nm,发射光谱呈现出Eu^3+的特征红色发光,谱带峰值位置在592nm和620nm,分别对应于5 D0→7F1和5 D0→7F2特征跃迁。结果表明:最强发射对应的掺杂浓度是15%(摩尔分数),样品Ca1.85SiO3Cl2∶0.15Eu^3+荧光粉是一种具有应用潜力的近紫外激发三基色白光LED用红色荧光粉。The red phosphors Eu^3+doped Ca2SiO3Cl2 were prepared at a lower temperature using traditional high-temperature solid-state reaction method.The crystal structure and luminous properties of Ca2-xSiO3Cl2∶xEu^3+were studied.The excitation and emission spectra shown that the sample can be excited in the near-ultraviolet 350~420nm band,with the strongest excitation peak at 394nm.The emission spectrum exhibited a characteristic red emission of Eu^3+.The peak positions of the bands were at 592nm and 620nm,corresponding to 5D0→7F1 and 5D0→7F2 electron transitions.The results shown that the optimal doping concentration was 15%.The sample Ca1.85SiO3Cl2∶0.15Eu^3+phosphor was a promising red-emitting phosphor for near trichromatic phosphors conversion white-LEDs with NUV chips.
