摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米Mn-TiO2粉体,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构和形貌进行表征,研究了Mn-TiO2粉体对孔雀石绿染料废水的光催化降解性能。探讨了孔雀石绿初始浓度、Mn-TiO2催化剂投加量、体系pH等条件对催化效果的影响。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法合成的Mn-TiO2粉体为锐钛矿型结构,物相纯净,当孔雀石绿初始浓度为10mg/L,Mn-TiO2催化剂添加量为1.0g/L,pH=7.0时,紫外光照射120min后MnTiO2粉体对孔雀石绿的降解率可达87%。The Mn-TiO2 powders were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),including the structure,morphology and its catalytic activity for oxidation of malachite green.Under the same conditions,the influence of catalyst amount,the addition amount and pH was examined.The results shown that the Mn-TiO2 prepared by sol-gel method was anatase structure and pure phase,and the rate of degradation reached 87%when the catalyst amount was 10mg/L,addition amount was 1.0g/L,pH=7.0.
