摘 要:通过研究混凝土搅拌楼(站)存在的环保问题,开发一系列混凝土搅拌楼(站)环保问题解决技术。通过优化生产工艺和调整设备布局,减少混凝土生产的单位能耗;采取综合的防尘、防噪技术,减少粉尘的排放和噪声污染;利用分类回收技术,实现"三废"回收利用;利用无线射频、视频监控、贴片传感器等新的控制技术,实现混凝土搅拌过程全程监控,提高生产效率。该技术已经在工程实践中得到检验并推广应用。Through a study on problems existing in concrete mixing plants/stations it has developed a series of tech solutions to the environment protection.A way out is to optimize the operating process and readjust layout of pieces of the equipment so as to minimize power usage rate,to adopt a comprehensive way to prevent the dust and noise,so as to decrease dust and noise emission,to utilize new types of classified recovery to realize recovery and reuse of the 3 wastes,and to use wire-less radial frequency an’d visual frequency for monitoring,as well as chip sensors and other new controls to realize complete monitoring along the concrete mixing procedure as a whole with higher productivity.So far this technique has passed examinations through production practice and has been accepted for promotionall application.
