摘　　要：介绍液压挖掘机工作装置两轴疲劳试验装置,该装置通过两套作动器完成试验,即将动臂和斗杆、斗杆和挖斗分别按工作装置最大挖掘姿态连接,由一套作动器给挖掘机的挖斗施加纵向挖掘力负载,由另一套作动器给挖掘机的挖斗施加回转转矩负载,两套作动器交变加载,模拟液压挖掘机工作装置的实际工况,通过动态应力测试,完成液压挖掘机工作装置的两轴疲劳试验。This introduces a fatigue test bench for dual axles of the hydraulic excavator,which can fulfill the test with two sets of actuator,i.e.,the boom and arm connection and the bucket arm with the bucket have to made in a maximal excavating position,using one set of the actuator to load the digging attachment longitudinally,and the other set to load on the slewing torque,alternatively,and by means of dynamic stress test to simulate actual working condition of the digging equipment,thus fulfi.lling dual shaft fatigue test of the hydraulic excavators equipment.
