摘　　要：针对SD20-5LNG型推土机风扇转速低导致的发动机水温过高问题,结合液压系统原理图,利用排除法对故障问题进行分析,最终确认故障点为马达溢流阀,拆检马达溢流阀后发现阀芯卡死,修复后故障现象消失。In view of low fan speed that has led to coolant overheated in an SD20-5 LNG bulldozer,the remedy has to be considered with he principal drawing of the hydraulic system so as to utilize an exclusive method to analyze troubles there.Finally,a relief valve in the motor was identified as the trouble poist and cause;bounded valve spool in the motor was found after the valve broken down,thus removing the troubles after a remedy.
