摘  要:功能作用原理创成能力不足是制约功能综合法获得新颖创新性概念设计方案的关键。针对机械系统行为特征,以基础行为片段集表达常用复杂机械系统的运动行为,给出了一种基于粒度、商结构和商属性等价关系的商空间论域合成功能综合方法。不同等价划分原则,得到不同功能构型方案。为使合成的子功能满足时间有序性与空间连续性要求,对粒度等价划分方案分别进行时序等价关系划分与空间等价关系划分,基于商结构合成方法,得到两商空间的合成空间,使获得的功能方案能够在时间与空间上连续有序地实现设计功能,为结构层创成新颖优化的机械系统结构方案,提供优化的功能构型。Incompetence in generating innovative functional principles has restricted the capability for AI-based functional synthesis approaches to obtain novel and innovative conceptual design schemes. In consideration of the behavior characteristics of mechanical systems, with a set of behavior segments to express the kinematic behaviors of common complex mechanical systems, a new kind of functional synthesis approach in accordance with the equivalence relations in granularity, quotient structures and quotient attributes based on the domain synthetic theory in quotient space is presented. Different equivalence partition rules lead to produce different function configuration schemes, in which the subfunctions are formed and contributed by all of basic operation actions in the divided subsets. For making the synthetic subfunctions formed and contributed by all of basic operation actions in the divided subsets take place in time and space continuously and orderly, the partition schemes relative to the granularity equivalence relations are secondly divided into two quotient spaces corresponding to the time sequence equivalence relation and the space position equivalence relation, respectively. Then the intersection quotient space of these two quotient spaces is synthesized, in which all of basic operation actions in the synthetic subfunctions occur in time and space continuously and orderly. In this way, the functional synthesis process can not only generate novel functional principles and new functional schemes, but also guarantee the generated subfunctions take place in time and space orderly and sequently. These kinds of functional schemes will benefit of finding optimal structures to realize the overall function.
