摘　　要：随着冷柜市场的不断细分以及零售业市场的快速发展,为迎合市场需求实现多门冷藏柜的系列化开发,针对性设计了一种三门冷藏展示柜,以风冷作为制冷方式,采用风冷压缩式制冷系统。其中包含冷柜结构、制冷系统、电控系统的设计。通过热力计算得到:在冷凝温度42℃,蒸发温度0℃工况下,其热负荷为1143.56 W,并对压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器等部件进行了设计选型。实践证明,该冷柜具有展示效果好,制冷性能稳定等特点。With the continuous subdivision of the refrigerator market and the rapid development of the retail market,in order to meet the market demand to realize the serialized development of multi-door refrigerator,a targeted design of a three-door refrigerator display cabinet was developed with air cooling as the refrigeration mode by air cooling compression refrigeration system.The design consisted of the refrigerator structure,refrigeration system and electronic control system.Based on the thermodynamic calculation,at 42℃of condensation temperature and 0℃of evaporating temperature,1143.56 W of heat load were obtained.The suitable compressor,condenser,evaporator and other components were the selected.The results show the cabinet has a good effect and its properties are stable.
