摘 要:张河湾电站机组自投产以来,在发电工况,特别是满负荷时存在强烈的振动,严重危害设备的运行安全,同时对厂房结构也有一定的破坏作用.本文通过对电站3号机组开展全面系统的振动测试分析,发现转轮叶片与活动导叶之间动静干涉产生的无叶区压力脉动幅值较大,且主频100Hz与局部厂房结构的某阶固有频率接近,引发了局部厂房结构共振.为此,从减小水力振源的激振能量入手,对张河湾电站3号机进行了转轮改造,改造后无叶区压力脉动明显下降,厂房振动有效值大幅降低,成功解决了厂房振动问题.Since the operation of Zhanghewan power station,there had been strong vibration in the generator operation mode,especially at full load,which seriously endangers the operation safety of equipment and damages the structure of the plant to some extent.Through the systematic vibration test and analysis of the unit 3,it was obvious that the resonance of the plant was caused by the pressure pulsation of Vaneless Zone at 100 Hz main frequency.To reduce the excitation energy of the hydraulic vibration source,the re-modification of runner of unit 3 at Zhanghewan power station was carried out.After the re-modification of runner,the pressure pulsation of Vaneless Zone was significantly reduced,and the vibration of Pumped Storage Power plant was greatly reduced.
