摘 要:"新工科"是指以实现教育带动创新、创新助力发展为目标,通过培育新兴、改造传统、跨界融合实现我国工程学科长远发展的教育方针与实践活动。材料专业作为工程领域的基础性学科,其创新人才培养模式存在诸多问题。目前,可以将问题归纳为课程体系有悖市场需求、实践教育落实效果不佳、师资队伍创新能力不足三个方面。基于四位一体视角,材料专业创新人才培养模式创新应当从重构教学体系、整合多方力量、完善工作机制三方面着手,增强人才实践能力水平,为创新人才培育工作创造良好的基础条件与激励机制。"New Subjects" refers to the educational policy and practical activities to realize the long-term development of China’s engineering disciplines by cultivating emerging,transforming and cross-border integration with the goal of achieving education-driven innovation and innovation-assisted development.As a basic subject in the field of engineering,the material profession has many problems in its innovative talent training model.At present,the problem can be summarized as three aspects:the curriculum system has market demand,the implementation of practical education is not effective,and the teacher team has insufficient innovation ability.Based on the perspective of four-in-one,the innovation of material professional innovation talent training mode should start from three aspects:reconstructing teaching system,integrating multi-party strength,and improving working mechanism,enhancing the level of talent practical ability,and creating good basic conditions and incentive mechanism for innovative talent cultivation.
