摘　　要：新时期的社区建设和社区治理实践对社区工作课程提出了新要求,该课程在实际培养过程中普遍存在培养目标模糊、脱离现实、缺乏实践性和应用性、教学条件不足尤其缺乏实践条件等问题,通过引入OBE成果导向教学理念,以学生为中心,以应用能力培养为导向,对课程教学目标进行调整,对课程体系进行重构,实施多元化教学活动以及进行以成果为中心的教学评估等教学改革建议,以提升人才培养质量。Community construction and community governance practice in the new period of the community work course put forward the new requirements.There are some common problems in the course such as target fuzzy,unclear goal,the lack of practice and teaching conditions and so on.The aim of the course is to enhance the talent training quality by bringing in OBE to achieve the aim of student-centered and ability training.What’s more,it adjusts the teaching goal,carries out the diversified teaching activities and improves assessment methods.
