摘　　要：JCI标准是国际通用的高质量医疗服务的评估标准,内容包括患者与家属的权利、患者评估、患者的医疗服务、感染的预防与控制、设施管理与安全等。医疗场所的设计可以JCI标准为指导,参照相关条例来评估使用人群、安排空间布局,准确配合医疗机构服务流程,营造一个有益身心健康的疗愈性景观,促进患者康复。以该方法对"归巢"老人康复中心的建筑原始方案进行改造,并将景观部分进一步优化。设计以患者的服务安全和质量为原则,体现了病患和医护人员的需求和使用的便利性。Joint Commission International(JCI) is an international standard for the evaluation of high-quality medical services, including patient and family rights, assessment of the patient, care for patients, prevention and control of infections, facility management, and safety, etc. JCI is an assessment for the design of healthcare facilities, also defined as the guidelines. The relevant regulations in JCI are used to evaluate the user’s adaptivity for the spatial organization and the cooperation level with the service process of medical institutions. Moreover, it is an essential instruction to lead designer to create a therapeutic landscape that is conducive to physical and mental health for the promotion of the recovery of patients. With this mission, the original plan of the architecture of "Guichao" elder’s rehabilitation center was designed and reconstructed, and the landscape refined further. The renovation design based on the principle which ensures the safety and quality of services for patients. The renovation design meets the needs of patients, and the medical staff provides convenience for them.
