摘　　要：本产品主要用于航天某型号的系统中,质量等级为宇高级,即GJB2438A-2002标准中最高可靠性等级K级。产品既满足了通用规范要求,又满足特殊要求,既保证了产品成品合格率和主要参数一致性,又具备最高的质量控制要求。产品主要功能是通过光耦隔离电路、滤波选频电路、移相电路和负反馈控制电路将输入频率500Hz、幅度为13V的方波转换为3路同频率相位差120。的三相交流信号,是陀螺马达系统的重要组成部分,也是整机可靠、稳定工作的关键。电路采用混合集成电路技术、金属全密封外壳封装,元器件之间的连接用浆料印制的钠耙银导体,通过再流焊及硅铝丝键合工艺相连接,电路引出线由外壳引脚与金导体通过金丝球焊连接。该产品采用双列直插式引脚结构,对用户具有一定的灵活性,便于整机集成;电路指标一致性好,便于整机调试,提高整机稳定性。本文从电路原理设计、技术难点和关键技术、质量与可靠性、工艺实现等多个方面详细介绍了移相滤波电路的设计和实现,该产品在研制过程中所采取的适合宇高级关键技术的解决措施,对同类产品的研制有一定的借鉴作用。This product is mainly used in a certain type of aerospace system,the quality level is space class,that is,the highest reliability level K in GJB2438A-2002 standard.The product not only meets the requirements of general specifications,but also meets the special requirements.It not only guarantees the conformity of product qualification rate and main parameters,but also has the highest quality control requirements.The main function of the product is to convert the input frequency 500Hz and amplitude 13V square wave into three three-phase AC signals with phase difference 120 of the same frequency through the optic coupler isolation circuit,filter frequency selection circuit,phase shift circuit and negative feedback control circuit.It is an important part of the gyro-motor system and the key to reliable and stable operation of the whole machine.The circuit adopts hybrid integrated circuit technology and metal fully sealed encapsulation.The connection between components is made of Pt-Pd-Ag conductor printed with slurry,which is connected by reflow soldering and silicon-aluminum wire bonding process.The lead-out wire of the circuit is connected by the pin of the enclosure and the gold conductor by gold wire ball welding.The product adopts dual in-line pin structure,which has certain flexibility for users and is convenient for the integration of the whole machine.The circuit indicators are consistent,easy to debug and improve the stability of the whole machine.In this paper,the design and implementation of phase-shifting filter circuit are introduced in detail from the aspects of circuit principle design,technical difficulties and key technologies,quality and reliability,process realization,etc.The solution measures adopted in the development of this product are suitable for the key technology of space class,which can be used for reference in the development of similar products.
